Explicit Consent for Commercial Electronic Messages and Marketing

I have read and understood the Personal Data Protection Notice prepared by Mercreative Kurumsal Ürün ve Marka Danışmanlığı.

Accordingly, I give my explicit consent to the processing of my name, phone number and email address for the purposes of:

• Sending me campaign, discount, new product and event announcements,
• Offering personalised recommendations and coupons based on my shopping habits,
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys,

and to receiving commercial electronic messages via SMS, email, phone and WhatsApp, limited to these purposes.

Explicit Consent for Design Data

I consent to the processing of logos, images and text I upload to the design tool for the production of my order, mockup preparation and quality control, and to sharing them with production partners for these purposes.

Use for reference purposes (website, social media, catalogue) is only possible with my separate written approval.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time without giving a reason, by emailing info@mercreative.com.tr or using the unsubscribe link in the messages sent to me.
